    Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected through nabregu.si is SKIP 1 d.o.o., Nove Fužine 47, 1000 Ljubljana, VAT ID: SI93513232.

For any questions regarding the protection of personal data, please contact us via the contact form on the website.

  2. 02

    What data we process

Contact form — when you send us a message via the contact form, we collect your name, email address and the content of your message. We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry.

Server logs — our web server records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, time of visit) to ensure the security and stability of the website.

Cookies and online trackers — we use them for web analytics and advertising. See the next section for details.

  3. 03

    Analytics and advertising

Google Analytics 4 — we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) provided by Google Ireland Limited to analyse website traffic. GA4 collects data about your device, browser, geographic location (city level) and interactions with the website. The data is pseudonymised and used solely to improve the user experience.

Meta Pixel — we use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited to measure ad performance and for remarketing. The Pixel records your interactions with the website and shares them with Meta to display relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram.

Both analytics and advertising cookies are used on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie settings in your browser.

  4. 04

    Legal basis for processing

Contact form — performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Server logs — the controller's legitimate interest in ensuring the security and stability of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics and advertising — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

  5. 05

    Data retention

Messages from the contact form are retained for a maximum of 24 months, unless ongoing communication or a legal obligation requires longer retention.

Server logs are deleted after 90 days.

Analytics data in Google Analytics 4 is retained for 14 months.

  6. 06

    Recipients and cross-border transfer

Your data is not shared with third parties except service providers that help us operate the website (hosting, email, analytics, advertising).

When using Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel, data may be transferred to the United States. Such transfers take place under standard contractual clauses and the European Commission's adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

  7. 07

    Your rights

You have the right of access to your personal data, to rectification of inaccurate data, to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), to restriction of processing, to data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent.

These rights can be exercised via the contact form on the website or in writing to the controller's address.

  8. 08

    Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you believe we are infringing your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si).
